Some of the twenty-two travel well. Some do not, and we will tell you which rather than send you something that arrives wrong.
01What travels
Built to arrive,
not to survive
Travels beautifully. The biryani, sealed and opened at your own table. Butter Chicken, Dal Makhani, Rogan Josh, Palak Paneer — the Classics were built for this.
Travels well enough. The tandoor plates, if you eat them promptly. Chicken Tikka, Lamb Seekh Kebab, Paneer Tikka.
Does not travel. Chandni ki Chaat collapses within the hour, which is the whole point of it. Blue Hour and the fondant want to be eaten where they are cooked. We will not send them.
