The Happy Twig Pte. Ltd. (UEN 202335986N), which operates chandi (“chandi”, “we”, “us”), is committed to protecting your privacy. The chandi name and brand are owned by Niharika Pte Ltd (UEN 201322873C), part of the NJ Group Collection. This policy explains how we collect, use, disclose and safeguard your personal data when you use chandi.sg — including the menu, reservations, private hire enquiries and delivery requests.

What this website collects

We use analytics to understand how the site is used. It loads only if you accept analytics cookies in the cookie notice, and not otherwise. We use no advertising pixels. Fonts and images are served from our own domain.

Our web host records standard server logs — IP address, browser type, pages requested and time of request — which are used for security and diagnostics only.

What you give us

When you book a table, send a private-hire enquiry or request delivery, the details you enter are sent securely to our booking system. It is provided by NJ Intelligence, a division of Niharika Pte Ltd, which handles the data on our behalf, and the data is stored in Singapore. What we receive is:

• Your name
• Your email address and, if you give it, your telephone number
• Booking details — date, time, party size, occasion
• Any dietary requirements, allergy notes or other remarks you choose to add
• For private hire: company name, guest numbers and the shape of your event

Allergy and dietary notes are personal data we treat with particular care. We use them only to serve you safely, they are passed to the chef on the pass, and they are never used for marketing.

How we use it

• To confirm, hold and prepare for your booking
• To answer your enquiry
• To meet our legal and food-safety obligations

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with advertisers. We share it within the NJ Group Collection only where necessary to run your booking — for example if your event is better suited to another house.

How long we keep it

Correspondence about a booking is kept while the booking is live and for a reasonable period afterwards to handle follow-up, feedback and any dispute. Financial records are kept for the period Singapore law requires. Beyond that we delete.

Your rights

• Access — ask what personal data we hold about you
• Correction — ask us to fix anything inaccurate
• Withdrawal of consent — ask us to stop using your data, and to delete your correspondence

Cookies

We set no advertising cookies. Your answer to the cookie notice is stored in your own browser. Analytics cookies are set only if you choose “Accept all”. See our Cookie Policy.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Booking data is sent over HTTPS and stored in Singapore in our booking system, with access limited to the staff who need it to run your booking.

Marketing

If you tick the box on our booking or enquiry forms, we will send you occasional news and invitations from chandi. We will not do so otherwise. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email, or by writing to dine@chandi.sg.

Children

This site is not directed at children under 13 and we do not knowingly collect their personal data.

Changes

We will post any change here and update the date at the top of this page.

chandi is one house of the NJ Group Collection.
